Every single state that has some kind of bitcoin bill will likely reject them this go around. Too few among those in these state legislatures understand bitcoin for any of the bills to stand a chance at making it through. And even if they did, the governors have to sign them.
The fact that they are being introduced in so many states is great and a sign that there is growing awareness and interest, but we are still early. If the federal government officially adopts a strategic reserve it is possible that it will prompt a state or two to jump in as well. But it is going to likely take more broad adoption and these bills being reintroduced at a later time before any of these states approve one.
In the meantime, more towns, cities, and businesses will continue to adopt some form of a bitcoin standard.
