I swear I would take a 20k salary cut in a heart beat to work a solid 8 hours.
Right now I work fucking 2 hours a week what takes some others in the company 40 hours. Im not allowed to do extra to help others or help customers not part of my project even though I REALLY FUCKING WANT TO!
I am bogged down with meaningless admin work thats triplicated and doesnt work properly so I have to open fucking IT tickets for every little fucking thing I do, right down to requesting my income tax form on Friday.
My colleagues are getting (correctly) accused of using mouse jigglers (because they didnt bother to get the latest undetectable tech) and im here fucking self medicating because the whole situation is so damn ridiculours. A company that was the LEADER in the industry, laid off al the experts, hired a bunch of nobody from VPs, directors to front line customer service, nobody with any experience in the industry.
Now we went from leader in the industry, to riding the coat tails of our name and nothing else, and the market quickily figuring it out, and the nobody's running the companty quickly laying off everyone with experience because they need to cut costs.
All right before going IPO public, I feel sorry for the future investors.
I need more miners, so I can quit and get a job at a garden center planting plants in soil all day.
