Moved my self-hosted email to an European hosting provider. Prescient past me, It's still Postfix + Dovecot! The book was still great a refreshing memory on how things need to be set up. While I I don't think running email server is that hard, there is a lot of small details that need to be just right. Michaels book does a great job at going through the details.
