That would also work although it's not a conventional thing every other social networks have ✍️😹 that way when Jumble adds support to custom lists it will work like notifications of some sort, like close friends 😁. Depending on the name of the list, a special name would trigger jumble magic and appear in notification also. I think this should be useful for other users in general to not miss a post they really care to see.
The state of things now is that you follow npubs and they all have the same weight of importance for the clients, but that is not the case for the user. Some npubs are more relevant for the user than others, but others are not irrelevant for the user to stop following.
