On November 3rd 2008, he wrote:
“But I think we need to concern ourselves with minimizing the data and bandwidth required by money transmitters […]
The smaller the data storage and bandwidth required for money issuers, the more resistant the system is”
He’s the same guy who told Satoshi Nakamoto that Bitcoin doesn’t scale – to which Satoshi replied that most users will transact using SPV while bandwidth and storage will become cheaper over time.
