I realized I only used the smart features for two things: yelling at Home Assistant to turn it off, and for detecting which input it's on so HA would send a wake packet to the TV PC if switched to that input.
I have a dongle attached for streaming things so I can watch YouTube or elsewhere without ads, don't need the TV to be a crappier version thereof.
