2025-05-10 19:12:44Funny. I've worked out pretty steady for years, but never really with any serious goals. I kinda plateau at modest build and am ok with that Friend of mine into lifting and does the whole meal every 2 hours, wake up for shakes, night sweats (from the foods he takes, responsibly...) and while he looks big/good, its both too difficult and too unhealthy long term imo
