When families that are organized and preserving their wealth lend money to their younger generation they do not create money, they lend from the money they have. And they do not ask for interest.
So apparently it is quite possible to lend money without creating debt.
It is not a right and U can't demand it though. But certainly there seem to be options to the current system.
