The words "and not be forced to move to Europe" shows you misunderstand the conflict.
Half of Israeli Jews grandparents have migrated from neighboring middle-east countries: Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Egypt, etc. They have nothing to do with Europe.
The Palestinians movements care very little about independence and freedom for Palestinians. They are part of a global Islamist movement to drive away non-muslims from their countries, and it worked for them against many middle-east minorities, from Christians in Lebanon and Hindus in Pakistan, to the poor Yazidis. The Palestinians accepted living under Egyptian and Jordanian rule up until 1967, when they were left behind enemy lines and adopted this new Palestinian national identity as part of a much more global strategy.
