yeah, i don't know why it can't be more simply expressed as a federation of arrays at most, then all that is required is a replication protocol between the peers (probably just subscribe to each other's stream of events)
the community identity i guess... that would be probably implemented as a tag in the events, and for the subscription to propagate you just searth on that tag and get sent updates so the replicas stay in sync (making it not matter to users which peer they are attached to)
