Hey look my scientific paper got accepted pending revisions! We surveyed Latino and Black patients with chronic digestive diseases (IBD) about medical trauma and compared their responses to White patients. We write about medical racism and possible systemic and social reasons for the big differences we found.
In the past, this would be exciting news. In 2025 it’s exciting news and an act of resistance that probably gets me put on a list.
