The problem with both offers is that they are as vague as “COME AND MINE WITH US”. Zero details. If US was to come to Russia with investments, I would first ask questions about all the international oil companies who got licenses for extraction in Siberia in 2010’s and then got screwed, as well as all Western companies whose assets were 50% confiscated by Russia after 2022. And let’s say US investors come with money… and Russia does the same thing as they always do, so screw them and steal their assets?
