The thing is if people use it or just download it and it gets enough users, with the political voting function off - obviously.
The network voting function can still be used for development and feature improvements and its other uses.
People can pressure the government's into it.
Better still I have a plan for my gov anyway.
This product can fix problems they want fixing without us voting on it.
They just won't want the part I am enthusiastic about.
And it's not for them it's for us.
They won't want XMR either no way that's why everyone de-listed it.
I dont know how to seperate what they need to get them adopted from what we need.
They won't have much influence over the network just their node, so updating later with the voting function might be the better way forward, then they can choose to accept or not.
If not people might go crazy and force them, obviously people need to understand the product and the importance of voting or having influence or policy.
And it's hard to get anyone interested.
If the app was on phones and people seen its value they might just protest and pressure enough for compliance.
