My wife's milk never really came. We were super anti formula, but when the lactation consultant came she sent me right away to buy formula cuz baby was starving. We were horrified, but both our boys were almost 100% formula fed and now they are late teens, and they are super smart and healthy, so prolly don't worry too much. We also thought we would never give them any kinda pills or anything unnatural, but when our first son was one yr and teething we gave him ibuprofen every night for a month(!) just so anyone could get any sleep 🤪
