Most workplaces operate under "Big Tech Rules" where the company is king and can fire us at will, take/use our personal information, etc. but it doesn't have to be this way...
I'm currently taking part in a research study on AI tools/apps safety with a Europe-based university where the EU has normalized "you give consent and can pull it any time you want or need to"
