Results of two weeks without caffeine experiment:
All "withdrawal" symptoms that I have are literally just how my body naturally feels. After seven to nine days your body is adjusted to not having caffeine anymore (according to multiple studies)
I felt no different at the end of the experiment than at the start, I was tired and felt like shit the whole time from beginning to end with no improvement to headaches or exhaustion. I am just fucking tired. Not addicted to caffeine, it was never withdrawal. I'm just self medicating sleep apnea or something and I feel bad without caffeine simply because I am tired as fuck
