Not easy to ' recommend' a hosting platform because you typically don't switch from hosting platform A to hosting platform B every other 2 weeks. Therefore experience of a hosting platform is relatively biased.
We currently use Acast.com for hosting several podcasts . It seems like a good value for money when you've got it setup correctly; it also has a lot of co-operations with other platforms which is nice.
I also hear good things about podhome.fm ; which seems a bit more bitcoin'er friendly with Value4Value built in as a feature.
