It probably doesn't even exist anymore.
Tony Kaye was a rising star, created awesome artful commercials, and this film was his first film. But hollywood couldn't deal with him, and he couldn't deal with hollywood. I understand there were financial concerns, but he did have a 96 minute cut without reshoots that they rejected, and Ed Norton who loves noithing more than to see himself act, did a cut that had all his scenes despite it making the movie a lot worse according to Tony Kaye. In fact, Kaye sued New Line Cinema to remove his name from the picture and replace it with Humpty Dumpty (but lost). So his name is on there against his will.
But beyond that, it seems like he was blackballed from Hollywood and his career was screwed after that. He's in his 70s now and might release something finally, but who knows.
