Samsung devices are the next best but do not allow another OS to be securely installed and make use of the standard hardware-based security features.
Our list of hardware requirements at https://grapheneos.org/faq#future-devices is only fully provided by Pixels, But Samsung has nearly all the security features on some of their devices. Snapdragon is missing MTE and a few minor things are missing.
