Many of you will recall Jack Welch of General Electric who was famously referred to as 'Neutron Jack' for firing workers while leaving GE's building intact.... he was also regarded as one of the leaders of a management movement that looks at short term gains rather long term investment returns.
If this sound familiar perhaps we should now be referring to 'Neutron Elon' & 'Neutron Donald' as they work their way through various parts of the Federal Administration?
