our last storm was 6 inches snow followed by rain. If you didn't shovel up the snow before it got saturated with rain it froze into a solid brick. I ran around shoveling out my family for 2 hours and thank god I did. The whole city is full of hard icebergs that won't be moved until spring. If it snows again, they'll never get it removed.
