Around 1400, Leontie, Bishop of Rădăuţi, faced a dire situation. A severe drought threatened the land and its people. Witnessing their suffering, he led fervent prayers and processions, beseeching God for rain. Miraculously, a heavy rain fell, ending the drought and saving the community from famine. Bishop Leontie is remembered for his unwavering faith and compassion.
