‼️🚨🚨🚨‼️ Two crypto advocacy groups, Coin Center and the DeFi Education Fund, are continuing to push for dismissal of the DOJ’s case against Samourai Wallet, despite a federal judge denying their amicus briefs this week.
The groups argue the #Bitcoin mixing app merely enabled privacy-preserving financial transactions, and its developers, Keonne Rodriguez and William Lonergan Hill, never had control over user funds. 🥷
