Heck, if they just looked into #WebRTC and made the, ahem, app, a bit more desktop like, this wouldn't be such a huge issue, but honestly most calls I make are on a computer. I'm one of those people that just doesn't need the phone app because I'm calling to read an inaccessible website/PDF/ navigate an inaccessible app/ click a button in an app, my use case isn't the average user and so the desktop app/website is an absolute nightmare to use to transfer files, keep up with chat, heck, even apply a promotion! It's clearly a mobile app they stuck on the desktop.
