The EU detests Orban because he behaves in a sovereign manner, specifically when it comes to vetoing financial "aid" to Ukraine, which by the way he has every right to do, and therefore, the EU works in the shadows to lay a trap: the idea being to instruct the Ukrainian proxy to antagonize Hungary, and then when Hungary makes arrangements to defend itself, to use that as generate anti-Hungarian sentiment in order to achieve regime change in Hungary.
