A father's hand, grows old and worn,
Watching #children's lives are born.
Each year a breath, a fleeting day,
While worldly moments slip away.
But timeless #God, His ancient gaze,
Spans endless nights and future days.
Before the stars, before the sun,
His holy work was just begun.
Beneath the #icons' steady light,
Through endless #Liturgy's sacred rite,
His #Eternity holds our hand,
A rock within a shifting land.
I teach my son, my daughter too,
This #Faith, forever strong and true.
That though we fade, like autumn leaves,
His #love, our #hope, forever cleaves.
