the way is to heal it, that is the ultimate revenge
the fuel that motivates you is being fed up with suffering
the number of ways in which they are killing people is quite incredible, i can rattle off a standard printed page full of things that are commonly in food and medicines that are poisons
the way i think about it, not everyone has to understand it, but us ... rebel doctors, shall i say ... we figure it out, and then we heal a few people and teach a few people and it replicates like an epidemic, but in reverse (as in, it stops death rather than causes it)
and yes, meeting others with the same temperament and curiosity and intelligence required to do the work... this is another factor that amplifies the response
