2025-04-23 22:48:38I used Gentoo as my daily driver on a Sony laptop for 4 years between 2007 and 2011. I appreciate the knowledge I gain of compiling the kernel and every app from scratch, but from a productivity perspective, it was a complete waste of time. Pick your battles.
