can confirm dry-only food got a friend's catstr rekt on the plumbing... whereas krishna's by now is used to her couple fresh slices out of the butcher's, "save the gas" she kind of says not liking any cooked food, although she still takes dried food from time to time as in in-between snacks
many veterinaries nowadays are rather honest with pointing the damages of dried and canned food only; indeed i remember a time when some of them shilled very hard several producer brands. to my friend's sick cat it was recommended to switch to barf and viscera
