you really have no concept of the technical history of Bitcoin at all do you?
these were technologies that were proposed a decade ago when Bitcoin was smaller and easier to change.
strong case to be made that the only reason monero exists at all is because the community decided to not include privacy tools.
and you're gonna handwave a "oh they'll be included someday"
