Nobody is forcing you to scam other people or force you to get scammed. I once again asking, if somebody wants to be scammed why should you care?

We should always assume that miners are acting selfish, they do the work and pays the energy bill, of course they want to maximize the profits. Nothing wrong with that and that makes Bitcoin working.

Yes, block size and fees are the filters that works. If you want to "spam" you have to pay way bigger fee than me because your tx size will be much larger 😊
By filtering my own mempool I would just harm my self in many ways trying to deny the reality.
