Depends on how responsible and open to it they are. If it is like pulling teeth to get them to set up a basic mobile wallet and they will easily forget their pass phrase or lose their seed words, probably not the best gift.
Wedding planning is also high stress for a lot of folks. Having to figure out even one more thing (especially one outside their wheelhouse) while focusing on all the last minute details for the wedding day may not be the best time to onboard someone. Might be worth waiting until after the wedding as a *late* gift when they have more mental bandwidth.
