## Chef's notes
Any type of pasta can be used, though I recommend Rotini, Cavatappi, or a Macaroni.
There are some optional ingredients but I never use them.
Can add a little more carrots or celery to increase the texture/crunch, which is my preference.

## Ingredients
- 8 oz small uncooked pasta
- 0.5 cups Frank's hot sauce
- 0.5 cups olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.25 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 cups precooked shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1.5 cups crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 0.5 cups chopped red onion (optional)
## Directions
1. Boil water and cook pasta according to directions on package, roughly 9-11 minutes
2. Whisk together Frank's hot sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix very well.
3. Place pasta in large mixing bowl, stir in chicken, carrots, celery. If including the optional ingredients (blue cheese and onion) do so now.
4. Slowly mix in dressing. Mix very well.
5. Serve cold.
