They teach nursing. It is a very well run business. However if they get 90% money from the government, then the government can shut them down, and make up some story about how the owners are evil right wingers or not woke enough or something like that.
Yes you are right many companies exist like this which get money from the government. And for all practical purposes they ARE the government because they have to be politically aligned with the government.
