Actually, it’s possible, but hardly anyone would do it. For example, if the price is 100,000,005, you could say it’s 1 BTC and 5 SATS. But forget that—the point of SATS is to be used for smaller amounts. The issue here isn’t about convenience, since we already have both BTC and SATS. This is about renaming something people have been used to for 16 years. And why? To advertise it and attract new users? To me, this proposal is the same as when they wanted to increase the block size. If there are so many people who want this, let them create a fork, and everyone can choose the Bitcoin they prefer. I see how no one has managed to destroy Bitcoin, yet we might destroy it ourselves.
