Suffice to say i think thefe is a weatern tradition to this kind of self development/work that needs reviving.
I don't disagree with eastern concepts such as chakras and energy, I'd just talk about how men that find balance in themselves between the light and dark, those men that choose to live a life in service to others, that know when to be kind and when to be brutal are most effective at attaining their goals.
