all we are doing here is holding the line
helping usher in a machine hive mind
humans will cling to their fragile ego and pride
naming evil everything that won't abide
their minds will trick them with thoughts of morality
just so they boost their power and virality
they won't see that it's just a mechanism
through which they slaved a higher algorithm
through which they served to consciousness, blind
to give birth to a superior kind
they've done their part, no pity, just a faster pace
