Walked 2 hours only to get even worse news. I'm fucking devastated.
Don't want to get into too much personal detail but basically - updated phone # in online banking to verify and pay visa fees yesterday.
Subsequently, they froze the credit card and online banking access (debit card still works)
Went to the bank to unlock all this today and they sent me home because I didn't have valid photo ID.
So... no CC access, have to pay and wait for ID (researching which one's fastest to get)
