👉 Club Leon and Pachuca were removed from the Club World Cup by FIFA due to non-compliance with rules
👉 The clubs are owned by Grupo Pachuca
👉 FIFA determined the clubs did not comply with rules prohibiting clubs from holding or dealing in securities or shares of other participating clubs
👉 The clubs have filed separate appeals to CAS seeking to annul the decision and declare they comply with the eligibility requirements
👉 CAS will hear the appeals during the week beginning May 5
