The Food Safety Modernization Act was an attack on small farms. Ask me how I know!
I was spied on by State officials via Instagram and told I wasn't allowed to sell a perfect product at the farmers market based on some piece of shit retard sitting in an office making an arbitrary decision off of viewing a single video we posted.
Their decision not only was wrong, as I knew the law front and back, but would have shut down any small farm "using a knife" to harvest produce.
I went and sat on the desk of the official and didn't leave until they issued me an official apology and correctef their faulty guidance that didn't include the actual language of the law.
Farmers have to fight the state to grow healthy food without interference and can be shut down by some fat lazy retards who don't know the first thing about farming.
