When the assumptions we are told by authorities to accept do not allow us to make sense of the evidence of our experience those assumptions change. It seems they is a big kerfuffle about what to believe on twitter, while there seems to be more like minded way of understanding here on nostr. These new assumptions will allow some people to become successful making predictions. My prediction is this is likely to happen regardless of whether the assumptions are true or not. Common action in a community of like minded thinkers determines future more than truth.
