2025-05-06 11:31:48I already feel like nostr, at least with amethyst and the relays I have, is close to what I want out of social media: a lot of interesting posts every day, a lot of possibilities for interesting conversation. It still falls short in one general sense: due to a severe lack of scale, and a somewhat homogeneous population, it's a long way from giving me any kind of realtime news feed in the way that Twitter could. Yeah not an earth shattering insight, I know 😄
