The CanG is actually pretty cool if you read up on it. It allows you to grow up to three plants for personal use and you're ok to have something like "up to" 25g on you which is almost an ounce. It also lifted the ban to smoke in many places (public and open air) spaces.
The only part I do not like is the fact that you're meant to join a cannabis club which is like registering yourself for drinking alcohol when you go out. Plus, you need to fully KYC to get prescriptions to order weed from authorised places online. So you basically have to KYC your cannabis "addiction".
If that law ever gets canned or that data falls victim to a data breach (all patient data is now stored digital in Germany with a publicly traded company) then your "addiction" will be known to head hunters, employers or insurance companies.
Hence, I still get my weed from the black markets.
