With all the job chaos right now, the best thing we can all do to help each is write a LinkedIn Recommendation. For people who are "in their feelings" about their work situation, it's a nice way to let them know they matter. For people at the top of their game, it's a nice way to celebrate their win.
Because in the end ... thats all we got. So why not celebrate good ppl who you've shared great work with.
