No it's just the game and all the DLC bundled together. All the DLCs are just side stories of the side characters anyway and you can get them on Switch. There's no reason to not dig in now on the most convenient/easiest to pirate platform you have available. It has the Skelton seal of quality.
If you play on Switch emulator, you can use hacks to make it render at a higher resolution and maybe FPS if you feel so inclined but it should play well all the same.
