It has 14-core CPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 256 NVMe SSD. It cannot move the mouse pointer smoothly, and sometimes it takes nearly a second to register click.
On the other hand it's a fantastic way to ensure there is absolutely zero temptation to use it for anything other than work, so there's that.
