I'm aware that I have a car (which I believe should not exist), that there are paved roads (which also shouldn't exist), and I have a doctor.
What I also have is the _expectation of fairness_.
If I cancelled my appt with my doctor this morning, I would have been charged as if I had been there. But I don't get a credit when the doctor cancels on me 10 min before my appointment.
Beside, my country barely even counts as "first world" anymore.
