2025-03-06 09:32:05I don't follow a particular diet. But what seems to work for me is big meals, max 2x/day, sometimes up to 72h fasts, big focus on protein and good fats. Grass fed steak, eggs, sourdough, avocados, ghee, coconut oil, butter, Greek yoghurt, honey, nuts & blueberries make up the majority of my calorie intake
