2025-02-23 14:48:02i think a) you need to get a boat and live in a cheap marina in a not to busy coastal town and, b) sounds like you would like to do some building visionary isn't something you aspire to, it's when you are motivated to do something that hasn't been done, and that's a hellish road, i can assure you usually before everyone realises you broke new ground you get treated like an idiot
