i think you can add a section that let us to add `t` tags to follow list events. then clients like nostr:nprofile1qyx8wumn8ghj7cnjvghxjmcpz4mhxue69uhk2er9dchxummnw3ezumrpdejqqgzn9kpsmllqnsf7wh5tz3wgy4cclsftqqplv8tpayrhwgw8llunevgnmdf3 can let user to select between follow lists when they select which type of content they are interested in. client can simply query follow lists with that tag.
